Individual therapy is a one-on-one process where we work together to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. It’s a space for you to understand yourself, heal from pain, and work toward your goals.

Each session is 45 minutes. We’ll work together to make the most out of your session time.

In the first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. You can expect to discuss what brought you to therapy, any challenges or goals you have, and any past experiences you feel are important for me to know. We’ll also talk about how I work as a therapist, what therapy will look like, and how we can make our time together productive and comfortable for you.

No, I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t accept insurance. I can, however, provide a receipt for services (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

At this time I am only offering telehealth (virtual) sessions. We will use a secure platform for our sessions.

I use a combination of psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and somatic therapy. This means we’ll explore your past experiences, unconscious patterns, and the mind-body connection to help you heal on a deeper level.
